I have been with Northern Colorado Air for a long time--about ten years. They are much better now than they were when I first started using them. I'm very, very happy. I had a tech once who didn't do a good job, and after just one phone call they sent someone else out. That's when I found Mark, who I consider their number one employee. A great feature of their service is that they let you request particular techs, if you have a preference. I choose Mark every time, and I've never found anyone as honest, or who truly cares about helping me.

Just before I began using Northern Colorado, I had someone from a different company tell me I needed a new furnace, when I was fairly certain that I did not. It turns out that I was right, and Northern Colorado resolved the issue for me. I've been using them for general maintenance every fall and spring, and when I finally did need a new furnace, I got it from them. They are trustworthy, and have done a good job of keeping me happy. From the beginning to the end, Northern Colorado make you feel good about their service.
