I have used Hammond Knoll over and over. Most recently, they did some carpet cleaning for us one some area rugs we brought in. The reason I rate them so highly was because the front office staff were very professional, gave good advice, and took care of me. The end result of their work is always top-notch. Their prices seem fair to me. I have come back to them time after time because of their excellent customer service.
