Hammond Knoll cleaned our light beige 12x13' area rug. It had a couple of soiled spots that we did not expect to get as clean as they did. They went beyond expectation to get it clean so we again have a lovely rug in our living room. They were great at calling to explain it's condition. We would certainly recommend them and will use them again (sooner ;o). They were so gracious.
