I had an older expensive rug that had developed an odor. They gladly cleaned it twice for me to make sure I was happy. The customer service was excellent, Marda is an eager problem solver! She recognized that we were having problems picking up the rug to take it home due to unexpected serious illness over the winter. She made it all work out!!!!5 star service!
