The appointment was reconfirmed and then followed up, as requested, prior to arrival....exactly as promised. Excellent communication as well as execution of work. Work was thorough, complete, and surrounding surfaces were protected as well. The work was explained so that expectations were clearly met. The professional also gave some trade "secrets" so as to assure we keep and maintain our carpets and furniture in tip top condition as long as possible.. i felt the professional sincerely cared about his work and had pride in the outstanding results. I would certainly use Hammond Knoll again and highly recommend others as well.
