Hammond Knoll came to my rescue quickly, professionally and expertly. They performed a miracle by removing gel that had oozed from a cushion onto and into an upholstered chair. The chair looks like new with no hint of damage. If they are this good in an "emergency" think how good they must be for routine cleaning!
