The minute you walk in the door you are greeted by a very friendly staff. The cleaning of my oriental rugs is always top notch. I have had them pick up the rugs at my house when the larger ones needed cleaning. If it is just the smaller rugs I usually bring them into the store myself. Always a good experience either way.
