I wanted to post this on Yelp but am not on Facebook and it looked like you had to sign up for Facebook and or Yelp to post a message.

I am giving Hammond Knoll 5 plus stars. I have used them 3 times in the past 6 months and not only is their customer service outstanding but their workmanship is also top notch. They did a beautiful job of making a nice area rug out of an old remnant. They also did an outstanding job of cleaning my old couch and recliner. Both look nearly new after the cleaning. I was concerned about a mark on back of couch from the cleaning and they immediately sent Tim down to go over it. Jamal and Jason ( and Avery once ) have picked up and delivered my furniture. They are friendly, courteous,and very careful when transporting furniture in and out of the house.I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service I have rec'd from Marta, Jamal, Jason, Tim and Avery. Thank you Hammond Knoll. They all went the extra mile.
