This was the first time we had used HammondKnoll. Tim was very professional in cleaning our carpets and sofa. He took extra time to make sure everything was perfectly cleaned. We can't remember the last time our carpets were so clean. With two Newfoundland dogs and a light carpet that is new easy task.
No reason why we would ever use anyone but HammondKnolls....you get what you pay for!
