We do not have carpeting, but we do have area rugs of all sizes and types throughout our home and I believe, at one time or another, all have been treated to spa days at Hammond Knoll. Staff members are friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and work on our rugs has always met or exceeded our expectations.

In addition to having rugs cleaned, we also have had Hammond Knoll shorten and bind one rug so it fit into our bathroom, as well as trim and bind another one into an oval to fit in front of our fireplace. The binding blends so perfectly that it is hard to tell it was not original to the rugs.

We have had larger rugs picked up and delivered, but when size permits, I drop off rugs at the store so I can collect extra info and tips from the ladies up front. Best advice ever? Get the fabric protection applied.
