This was my second experience with Hammond & Knoll. I had a rug in for cleaning and repair earlier this year and was thrilled with both the results and the service. This's time I took three rugs in. I had concerns about the results on one of them and took it back in. Sydney and Marta were complete professionals, listening and addressing my concerns to my complete satisfaction. No surprise, based on my previous experiences, I expected exemplary customer service. I was so confident in their response that I also took 4 more rugs in for cleaning. I'm finally caught up!
