Quality of work satisfactory, but disappointed in customer service

I think once they show up and do the work, its actually pretty acceptable. My problem is dealing with poor response time to phone calls and requests for support. To me, good customer service, is a response call within 24 hours. Average customer service would be 48 hours. Their response time is 3 days to weeks to never. I'm not impressed and that's mostly why I've rated them so low and would not recommend them to friends.
