The Co was polite and answered my questions

All spots didn't come out which I sort of expected
However, I was surprised when the guy asked us if we wanted to finish the job while he took some of his gear down to his truck
I didn't think much of his professionalism
HAD BETTER LUCK WHEN THEY CLEANED MY SOFA. NICE JOB.
