We have always used Hammond Knoll over 40 years and have found their people from the scheduler to the
hard working carpet cleaner workman very attentive and caring
to our concerns re the carpets. They are consciencous about keeping us updated re the time they are to arrive. Especially appreciate how the carpet cleaner workman wears booties to protect the
floor. They are very good at teaching how to care for the carpet and those inevitable "spots".
