We're very happy with Hammond Knoll. They do a full house steam clean of our carpets and rugs once a year and they also do partial cleanings of areas that have the most wear and dirt.They're very careful about corners and walls so they put protectors over those areas so they don't leave marks as they work. They're dependable as well. When they say they're going to be here at nine, they're here and if they can't make it, they call to let us know so they don't leave us hanging.

We have the same guy every single time because we like him and request him.We don't have to stay here while he works either. There have been times where neither my husband or I could be here so we let him in and he locks up when he's done. We can trust him and that's very comforting.
