This was my first, and most likely my last, time using Gaspar's Design & Construction. I found them through an ad in the paper. I had them come out to do some plumbing work. They gave me an estimate based on the aspects of the job and what they thought they would need to do. However, a lot of the things they thought they would need to do did not need to be done. The technicians were over an hour late showing up and did not clean up after themselves. They left their drop cloth and a mess on the floor. Long story short the plumbing issue is fixed but overall I was not happy with being charged for things that were not performed or part of the scope of the project. I most likely would not recommend Gaspar's Design & Construction.
