Gaspar's Design & Construction redesigned my entire second floor. They removed walls, added a suite, there was some flood damage and they refinished all the floors in the house. They also insulated the house, which was built in 1911 and didn't have any insulation, put in a pantry and a wine bar in addition to doing some windows and helping with plumbing and electrical issues. They basically did it all, it was a one-stop shop. This was a major renovation and they did a lot of work. It took 4 months and one week to complete and it was a good experience. I think the price was fair considering the quality and the scale of the work we had done. This was my first time working with them but they have a handyman service and I intend to use them anytime I need something done. I had one point of contact who I worked with throughout the experience. He was at my house every day and if there was a problem he resolved it. I never had to worry about anything, it was fabulous. They are true professionals.
