The first visit we had at this office we were asked to pick a doctor. At the time we didn't know anything about them so the receptionist suggested one (the newest doctor they had of course). I don't like the word hate so I'm going to say we strongly disliked him. He seemed very uninterested, very short with us, and could not answer a basic question I had without looking it up. Our son had some health issues so we were advised to make the next available appointment with the next available doctor to check up on his condition. This visit we saw a different doctor that we loved. He was knowledgeable and seemed like he was there to do his job (help people, not just collect a paycheck). We then told the staff that we'd like to change primary doctors to which we were told that we couldn't because we were stuck with the first one that we saw even though we did not feel comfortable with our child being "cared for" by him. Needless to say we took our child elsewhere.
