This is the second furnace that we have purchased from Hayes (over 20 years). Anytime the furnace has needed cleaned-Randy responded-excellent service. The one time that I had a minor problem with the new furnace control settings, Mr Hayes (Tim) promptly responded personally to ensure that we were taken care of (cold night/no heat). This kind of service is very appreciated and so rare these days. Hayes will always have my business!
