We've had services from Hayes a number of times because we've had fireplace inserts, cleaning registers, and replacing a furnace from oil to gas. They did the work on time and were very clean in that they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They were professional as well as nice. Sometimes things don't go right, but they come back and fix it. I recommend them highly because they answer my calls promptly and come on time, and if they can't come, they call me.
