This was my first time using Hayes Heating. I needed a part changed out on my water heater. Their customer service was great about contacting the manufacturer and getting the part covered under warranty and all that was left for me was the labor. The service technician that came out was really personable and he took the time to help me rid a bee nest from an outside plug so that they would not keep accumulating around it. He also taped it up so that they would not return. Very thoughtful of him! The water heater is working perfectly as expected! Super good service!
