I had a water leak flooding emergency after the city opened up the main water line to our house to replace parts (unknown to us). Our tankless water heater was pouring out water in our new construction garage. Rocks, dirt and mud had totally ruined our tankless water heater. Hayes came out, wrote a report, worked with the tankless heater company and helped us with Lakewood city. The city was very cooperative thanks to excellent videos and reports. We were properly compensated after negotiating.
