Overall, I would say that I had a negative experience with Hayes Heating. I bought a furnace from this company almost two years ago and I have had the same issue with the unit over and over again. The staff has come out multiple times for the same issue because the furnace keeps going out. For this most recent service, the staff explained to me the issue was that the furnace doesn't have a good electrical ground. But I feel that they should have mentioned that to me or have resolved that issue when they first put it in two years ago. The staff has no problem coming out for the job, but it's frustrating that the same issue has been going on with the furnace.
