We've used Hayes Heating for the last few years to service our Heat Recovery Vent Fan and our Navien tankless water heater. We were so happy with their work that we have a service contract for both units. The installers were courteous and worked efficiently to remove and replace the malfunctioning unit in one day. Kirtan Hayes has been very helpful in working with the manufacturer to make a warranty claim on the old water heater and even called us back on a Sunday to provide a status update.
