Childers clearly understands how garage door openers actually work! When the technician arrived, he instantly understood the problem. I had previously had another garage door service "fix" my opener, but still had a non-working opener. Childers quickly replaced two small parts on my 18-year-old opener, which now works like new. Childers also showed me that a bracket was dangerously close to failure, and quickly replaced it. I had been expecting to have to replace the entire opener, and was relieved to find out Childers could fix it at a much lower cost than replacement would have been.
