Two men showed up promptly after a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way.
I thought the project would be more involved than it actually was. I spent more time driving to meet the Childers team & driving back to work than it took them to correct the issue.
They gave some advice on how to stabilize the threshold. I wish they would have advised or corrected the door sweep but overall was a great experience and so relieved to have a proper functioning front door again!
