Service to come out and see our window was incorrectly installed was pretty quick. Gary seen what the problem was and the damage it caused both upstairs and downstairs. Said he would turn it over to the scheduler and he would contact us. Waited almost 3 weeks and no contact. Called your office 3 days ago and talked to Kattie and she would have us contacted but still no contact. Left message today and hopefully someone will return my call.To cll
