Simple awareness would had saved me money and their time
Door opener wasn’t working and as far as I knew, was powered by wires from previous door opener. Come to find out it is not hard wired after the fact and they charged me $100 to change a battery. Had they mentioned checking a battery when I called and explained the opener had no power this could had been a big savings. Instead, they slapped a $95 service call on me and a $5 battery. Very disappointed as I’ve referred them to many people in past. Lesson learned.
