Our original appt was Oct 19, 2022 for garage door maintenance on 3 different garage doors. The tech determined that one door needed new cables and another door needed new weatherstripping.
We has requested a remote for the third door. Several calls were made by us to determine when Childers was coming back. The work was finally done in April after several more requests by us.
The tech who came in April did a good job with all work finally completed. It will take a while for Childers to gain our respect after a 6 month wait for work completion. We simply can’t understand the complete confusion and lack of communication by Childers over a simple work order!!!!!!
