Childers Door Service of Central IL has always done a really good job for us. This was not our first time using their services. We continue going to them because we are comfortable having them work on anything. They are respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. When I call the office the staff is friendly and outgoing. They are always able to schedule appointments quickly for me. The technicians who come out are prompt, polite and professional. They are always able to assess whatever the problem is and they take the time to explain their findings from the assessment. They explain what they will be able to do to fix it. They also take the time to answer any questions that I may have. They came out recently to work on a few doors with broken hinges. Everything turned out great as usual.
