Fairly happy now

Well I pleaded with the girl to call first before the serviceman left so that we could review service needed. He called when he was already half way here. He looked things over & said " I wish you would have told them what color trim/facia you had here on your doors. I don't have the brown with me". ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Company should have documented what products & colors we have on our home, since they were purchased there! This is just common business sense.

Looking at your service ticket, I see you called in on 06/28/2018 with the complaint of "door is crooked in the opening, seeing light" requesting service on 08/31/2018. You requested a call on the way, which the service tech did to notify you he was en route to your home.
We replaced your broken cables, which leveled up the door. We carry White & Clay trim and seal on the trucks. Trim and seal are usually replaced at the direct request of the customer, due to damage or if the seal flap loses its flexibility. I will be calling you to set up a time. Dianna Childers, President
