Called in for a service call and was able to schedule a time when I would be available to meet the tech at the house. They called 25 minutes prior to arrival to confirm. The technician (Jeff) was personable and very knowledgeable. He quickly figured out what was wrong and was able to make the needed repairs right then. He also did some basic maintenance on my other doors.
