My husband and I are Realtors in Valley for the last 22 years. We have used Rooter Wizard for as long as I can remember to do all of our sewer scopes on homes we list and always use them for our buyers. We like the fact that they do not do the scope and then try and tell you you need a new line like some of the other companies do. We have had them on many occasions go out after another company told our sellers that they needed to replace the sewer main and they rescoped and showed the owner they did not. They are in the business to scope your line and tell you what they find, not sell you on anything else. I highly recommend them!!
