East Hill Heating and Cooling has worked on our furnace a couple of times. One time, the technician admitted that he had shorted out the thermostat, so he provided us with a brand new thermostat. When it came time to replace a furnace, we talked through what the options were with the owner. We discussed the reasons that he chose his own personal furnace, and it mirrored what our needs were. We will continue to use this company. Even one of his competitors told us that we had picked a good company.
