I couldn't have been happier with East Hill Heating and Cooling. I was just impressed with Doug's no nonsense approach to things. You could just tell from his explanations that the man knows what he's doing. Whenever he was working on something, if he saw something else while we were talking, he would grab a tool and fix whatever it was. He's really detail-minded and does things right, but not just makeshift right. He definitely does things the right way.

Again, Doug is just no nonsense person. When he got here, he started working, and he would only stop at noon for a quick lunch. He ate the lunch here, he didn't go home, and he brought his own lunch. Then, it was back to a full day of work with him here the whole time. He checked and double checked his installation.

When I called Doug, he came over that afternoon, which I also appreciated. I wanted a quiet, energy efficient furnace, and he gave me two to choose from and the cost difference. I also wanted to change out my water heater for a more efficient, tankless one because I had one in my home before. He just pointed out to me that was nonsense because the one I had was less than three years old and still had a lot of life in it. It just wouldn't have been cost efficient to invest in a new one, and I appreciated that he told me instead of trying to sell me a tankless.

I consider him an expert. He has 32 years of experience, and it is very evident in the way he works.
