I have use East Hill Heating and Cooling for 18 years. We've had a new furnace and air conditioner installed through them. Since then they've just been doing periodic maintenance on both systems. In the time that we've been using them, Doug has been more than a repair man, he has been a friend. He's someone I send to my mother, who lives by herself. He's good with my dogs. He's professional but also frinedly. There was a time in January when we had a big storm and our furnace went out so I called him and, late as it was, he came out to get it back up. He just goes out of his way to provide that good customer service that goes above and beyond. He's someone you can trust and who is just awesome.
