I am a Police Officer for a Cleveland Suburb and live in Uniontown, Ohio. The other day my son decided to hang onto the garage door as it opened. This pulled it off the track, the wires and unloaded the tension spring. It was approaching 5pm and there was a above and beyond sticker on the inside of the garage door. I called and got an answer right away. I was not expecting any immediate service and was planning on having to wait till the next day. The guy that answered, cant remember his name, said he could be there in 15 minutes. In 15 minutes he showed up and the door was fixed in less than an hour. Would have been quicker but we were swapping hunting stories and BSing. I was expecting the bill to be at least $200 being a last minute emergency call. The bill was $85. This was not a guy operating out of a beat up truck missing a few teeth. This was a clean cut family guy with a nice truck and nice tools. Trustworthy and is the only garage door company I'll be calling in the future, which I hope I do not need to do again.
