I called and spoke with Dave, owner, after receiving an astronomical estimate on my garage door at my rental property. I communicated the issue to Dave. He recognized the issue immediately and gave me an estimate low and high end based on my details. He coordinated an appointment same day. Called back to apologize for the intitial time slot given and gave another. The Service Manager, Bill H., was at property on time. Contacted me shortly after completing work to tell me the problem and resolution. The price was far less than the lower estimate Dave provided!! I was beyond grateful. The first estimate was more 10 x the amount. Needless to say, Above and Beyond will receive 100% of all my business and referrals! Thank you for quality work, and integrity!!!
