My A/C started to make an unusual sound after 6pm on a weekday. I called the company and Seung was concerned it could be something serious so he came to my condo within 1 hour after my call despite it being after hours for the company. He was polite, quick, and professional. Turns out it was not something too serious but needed replacing. So I ordered and will be receiving a replacement part and installation later on.
