I've had a service contract with B&B for over 6 years I bought the contract then bc my heat pump in my new home was leaking freon they sold me a way over priced heat pump unit more than 300% increase and through the years they could never get my system working like it should and I was told well that's just how the unit works if I needed anything from them it was never prompt on their part to help me or answer my questions but if it came to the contract renewal or paying for a part better believe they made sure they called everyday and multiple times a day. B&B doesn't care about a relationship with you they just want your money and reap all the benefits from the customers they have who aren't knowledgeable in the HVAC field I have obviously cancelled my contract and will move my service with somebody else. All they care about is your money not you don't be fooled like I was
