My HVAC system was serviced on 5/21/18, by technician Nestor. He was prompt, professional and pleasant. He explained and offered the service maintenance contract to me. Although I did not sign on that day, I do intend to purchase it. I was so impressed with Nestor and his demeanor that I referred my neighbor upstairs to B&B and told her to ask for Nestor. She followed through and was pleased as well. Nestor is an awesome representative of your company.
