Ian did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable having him in my home to do this work during the pandemic. The sent him right away and assured me he would practice the CDC guidelines. From his face mask, disposable gloves to this shoe coverings.....he was respectful as to what I needed to feel safe in my home. He had the replacements in his truck and all was taken care of in a short amount of time. He was knowledgeable and explained why all seven of my smoke detectors had been chirping randomly and even all going off at once. The house was eleven years old and the detectors needed to be replaced. I knew what I was being told was true and my pets and I are happy Armageddon will not be going off in the middle of the night again.
