we had 2 servicemen come to our house, one, Steve C. was for the electrical and he did an outstanding job solving the riddle of the ceiling light! installed new smoke/carbon detectors, put in the required ground wire, and replaced the dysfunctional swithches. and adjusted the mother board. dont ask. he was competent, polite, sociable. our HVAC person, Shane H. came on Tuesday, he was also competent, polite, and friendly. he didn't stay as long. nothing needed fixing. thanks, all.
not sure what to add here. I was most satisfied with both technicians. need I say more? we have been customers of yours for decades. 1980's? thanks Steve.
