Lancaster Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical just came out to my home for the first time and everything went well. A friend had come over and discovered that all of the electrical tape was missing underneath my mobile home. I cannot figure out how that would have happened but I gave a call to the company and they sent someone out right away. The technician was absolutely fabulous! He has to be the most considerate contractor I have ever had out to work on my home. He listened to me and discussed everything with me. He took the time to explain things thoroughly no matter how many questions I asked. I think his name was Roy or Ray. I work at a local convenience store and I think I know people's personalities and the technician deserves a raise! He made me feel like he would bend over backward just to satisfy me as a customer. In fact, I was so pleased with him that I called Lancaster Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical while he was still here and complimented him for being fantastic. I plan on having the company back out here to take care of the tape issue and finish up on things. I think the only drawback I had was that the price is a little bit high for me. I did pay it and am still grateful for the connection. I would recommend the company to anyone - taking into consideration they are a bit high.
