I highly recommend this company! Our approximately 2.5 year old geothermal system (installed by another company) stopped working on Saturday. The other company said they couldn't even get someone out to look at it for THREE WEEKS despite temps being over 100 degrees. Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical was able to send Rick out the morning after I called them. He was very courteous and was able to diagnose and fix the issue the same day. We were so impressed with their customer service that we opted to sign up for their regular maintenance service with no hesitation. While I hope we don't have any more trouble, it's a comfort to know we have someone responsive to call if we need them!
