Jay arrived within the time frame that I was given. He was very professional and because it was raining, he covered his shoes before coming into my house. After I explained what wasn’t working properly, he explained to me what needed done. He gave me an estimate so I could decide. He was very easy to talk to and explained each step. Jay was very courteous and polite.
