I had called several plumbers on a Saturday morning in desperate need of help for servicing a sump pump, no one had any available technicians till I came across Lancaster Plumbing Heating, and Electrical. Tom C. arrived at the scheduled appointment and assessed the situation which was an intermittently working sump pump. He answered all questions and provided options for the repair. I was very relieved to have a very knowledgeable and professional plumber doing this repair as our finished basement was in danger of more damage. Tom installed the pump in a timely manner and delighted our 2 year old with smiles and small conversations.
