Let me start by saying I’m a first time homeowner. And let me also say the first several months of owning my home we’re trying! I worked with Kline’s, Groff’s and R&B Line opening and had nothing but terrible experiences. I wanted to be sure to do routine maintence on my home, like most people do on there car so I signed up with Lancaster Plumbing and Heating for their service plan. It’s less than $20 a month and includes 4 different maintence calls. I had my AC cleaning several months ago and now today had both my plumbing and heating maintence. I happened to get the day off work and contacted the company to see if they could do both services instead of just the one and they said they couldn’t but would let me know if someone cancelled. Someone did and they got me scheduled for 2 services within an hour of each other. Both gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Andrew, the gentleman who took care of the heating gave me an air filter to hang onto because he noticed mine was brand new, which I thought was amazing. Instead of just replacing it, or saying it was fine, he left me a spare filter. This company goes above and beyond and I recommend them to anyone and everyone! Get the service plan, it’s such a deal!!!
