I want to say thank you for the routine tech visit today. That was thorough and easily satisfying beyond what my wife and I expected!
He went through all of the questions we had, answering one by one. He explained why our AC wasn't working on the second floor. Showing us the proper way to utilize our vents and keeping the fan on rather than automatic. While he did these things to improve our standard of living, he was so polite, courteous & informative.
