I just had my whole home's ductwork cleaned by Lancaster Plumbing and Heating. We built the house in 1996 and had not had this done since construction. Initially the LPH technician had come to change out the air filters in the HVAC system. When he removed the filter and I could look inside the ductwork, I was horrified to see an inch thick layer of dust and muck on every visible surface as far down as I could see.
I immediately asked for and got a quote to have the ducts cleaned.

The LPH team came out twice. The first crew admittedly did not finish the job but when I called the sales manager, Larry Gassert, he made sure that everything was made right. He personally came out to my home with a different crew (Ian and Isaac) who did a fantastic job. They took before and after photos of my ducts and registers to show me the difference. It was significant. I am so glad I took care of this. Who wants to breathe dirt and dust circulating through your home via the HVAC system? I would recommend LPH. They did a good job at a fair price.
